How to join
Membership of the PCPLD Network is open to anyone who is interested in promoting excellent palliative and end of life care for people with learning disabilities. This includes professionals, (family) carers, and people with learning disabilities themselves.
Membership is free. To join, please click on the link below to fill out the form. Your responses will be kept private and you do not need to fill out the whole form but under Charity Commission regulations we do please need your full name and email/postal address. Any other information is a helpful to us in keeping the Network relevant to Members.
